Terms & Conditions
Hosting & Basic Services
HOSTED SERVER. All websites must reside on StrategyPlus Solutions, LLC servers to participate in Hosting and/or the monthly subscription plans. StrategyPlus Solutions, LLC can migrate existing websites to the StrategyPlus Solutions, LLC server at no cost. Hosting is not required for add-on services.
BASIC HOSTING. StrategyPlus Solutions, LLC will provide domain and setup costs, website backup & recovery, 24/7 uptime monitoring, StrategyPlus support, SSL site certificate.
RIGHT OF TERMINATION. StrategyPlus Solutions, LLC holds all rights to suspend any or all subscription and/or hosting plans at any time. This suspension may be due to violating any agreements and/or abusive internet behavior, such as but not limited to spamming, the desegregation of women or minorities, shaming, racist or sexist behavior, discrimination, any form of pornographic material, or terroristic or illegal behavior. Written appeals can be made within 30 days of termination.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED? StrategyPlus Solutions, LLC does not insure or cover the cost of third-party apps, widgets, coding, stock photo fees, etc. StrategyPlus Solutions, LLC will provide support and maintenance for third-party apps if agreed upon by both parties. StrategyPlus Solutions is not liable for the performance and function of apps that are not created by StrategyPlus Solutions.
PAYMENT. StrategyPlus Solutions, LLC requires all accounts to have an active electronic payment method on file. StrategyPlus Solutions, LLC accepts all payment methods, including bank transfers. StrategyPlus Solutions, LLC will automatically process your payment when payment is due. If the is an issue with payment, clients will have 30 days to resolve the payment issue and a 15-day grace period. If StrategyPlus Solutions do not receive a payment on or before day 45, StrategyPlus Solutions will suspend all subscriptions until payment is received.
CANCELATIONS / SWITCHING PLANS. Clients can stop services at any time for any reason. Clients must give StrategyPlus Solutions, LLC a 30-day written notice before stopping services. Clients can switch plans at any time for any reason. Service Plan changes will happen at the beginning of the billing cycle. Please note: Lowering your subscription plan may result in the changing of services/functions, reduction of content/pages, cancellation of third-party applications, and or overall performance of the website.
LIABILITY / RESPONSIBILITY. StrategyPlus Solutions, LLC is not liable for the performance of any websites, plugins/programs, and any or all services performed by the staff of StrategyPlus Solutions, LLC. StrategyPlus Solutions, LLC is not responsible for any action(s) that may or may not result in loss of any kind. Such as, but not limited to, loss of income, sales, SEO rankings, brand recognition, or product placement.
Monthly Subscription Plan Service Agreement
StrategyPlus Solutions, LLC offers subscription-based monthly plans to fit any budget. These monthly plans are designed to meet the needs of any business, small or large. StrategyPlus Solutions, LLC will not only build the website but also maintain it and update the content when needed.
SUPPORT SYSTEM. We pride ourselves on the support ticket system that we have built to communicate better with our clients. This system helps us organize all requests so nothing will be missed. We have to prioritize the request that comes from our clients daily. Here is how we prioritize the tickets:
- Emergency Tickets. 3-hour turnaround.
- Website Error Tickets. 3-day turnaround.
- Content Change Tickets. 5-day turnaround.
- Print / Graphic Design Tickets. 8-day turnaround.
- Concept Development Tickets. 18-day turnaround.
- Complete Web Design, Marketing Campaign, or Business Development. Up to 3 months.
THREE-YEAR OWNERSHIP. We are dedicated to keeping our websites affordable. Because of that, we offer monthly subscription plans to offset the cost of our complete designs. We add value by bundling tech teams, content updating, and marketing services to our monthly plans. To protect our investment, we require a three-year commitment from new clients. During the three years of subscription plan payments, we own the creative layout, the content, any purchases made for the website, and the website’s media. You can switch plans during these three years. After the first three years, we go to a 12-month, year-to-year contract. We offer buyouts of any website we have created (look at cancellation or switching plans section).
Please Note: Special circumstances may apply if you sign up with a pre-built website.
CANCELLATIONS OR SWITCHING PLANS.
- Stop Services. You can stop our services at any time. We know how things change, we are giving you the power to walk away from this deal without any fees or extra cost. You must give us a 30-day notice before stopping our services.
- Transferring Website. After three years, you may transfer your website from our server to another. Tech fees may apply if you need support to transfer the website to another server. Special circumstances may apply if you sign up with a pre-built website.
- Buy Out Option. Before the three years is up, you may buy out our web design. Design costs are based on 36-month subscription plans. We will prorate any website for purchase.
- Switching Plans. You can switch your plans at any time for any reason. Service Plan changes will happen at the beginning of the billing cycle.
ONE SUBSCRIPTION FOR ONE WEBSITE. The services of your subscription plan only apply to one subscribed website. Special circumstances may apply. We will work on your other websites for a minimal fee.
